UNIX (AIX / Sun Solaris)
For
our AIX clients, we provide the following
services:
- File
systems monitoring with recovery and escalation
procedures.
- Monitoring
and health check for applications and databases.
- Collection
of system statistical data for reporting
purposes.
- Produce
status reports with details of events and
escalation steps.
- Create
and monitor jobs, scripts and schedules.
- Provide
daily Production Logs of
events.
- Provide
1st Level support for
UNIX.
- Create,
schedule and monitor file system
backups.
Mainframe
(OS390)
For
our OS390 clients, we provide the following
services:
- Systems
monitoring with recovery/escalation
procedures.
- Monitoring
databases, online systems and application tools.
(CICS, IDMS, RACF, VTAM,
OMEGAMON).
- Collection
of statistical data, including system health of
databases and applications.
- Produce
status report with details and root cause of

and monitor jobs

of daily events including escalation
procedures.
AS/400 For

monthly status report regarding file system

certified).
- Activate
rules to address retention periods for
reports.
Report
Printing and
Distribution
- Manage
client’s daily output by printing, packaging
scheduling distribution of reports.
- Print
Vista bundle reports.
Network
Monitoring For
our clients, we provide network-monitoring
solutions with the following services:
- File
systems monitoring via scripts created by our
UNIX professionals.
- Monitor
timed-out servers and service outages via What’s
Up Gold
- Create
status reports with details of outages and
escalation steps taken.
- Monitor
and supervise system health and overall network
availability via Tivoli Enterprise
Console.
